BARBELLS & KETTLEBELLS (30 MIN): This specialty series focuses on building strength, endurance and power using barbells and kettlebells. Class sizes are limited and participants must sign up prior to class.
BARRE (45 MIN): Inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, this class uses small targeted movements, high numbers of repetitions to fatigue muscles. A low-impact workout, barre is great for developing agility and flexibility.
BARRE-LATES (45 MIN): This 45-minute class takes the basic foundations of Pilates and combines them with ballet-inspired moves, as well as elements of yoga and light strength training. Strengthen and tone your muscles, as you improve posture.
BEGINNER SPIN EXPRESS (30 MIN): New to the spin bike? This introductory class is for you! Learn the basic fundamentals of our popular spin express class.
BUILD-UP (45 MIN): This is a strength class designed for everyone! Build-Up allows participants to add challenging adaptations to their workout, or keep things basic while working on form and stability. The class will end with a 10-15 minute guided stretching session.
BUTTS & GUTS (30 MIN): This fast-paced workout will work the core, booty and more! If you're into fun music and maybe a game or two, you'll love this workout!
COMMA CLUB (90 MIN): This 90-minute spin class is full of sprints, climbs, and on-bike choreography. Be sure to wear your fitness tracker so we can cheer when you hit one thousand calories burned (hence the name "comma club").
CORE (30 MIN): This 30-minute workout is focused on building a strong core – the sole powerhouse for all other muscle groups. Join in for this fun, yet challenging, class and work on building a strong foundation.
HIIT (30 MIN): This circuit-style workout targets all of the major muscle groups with a combination of strength and cardio moves. As with any class, all moves can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.
LIFT (30 MIN): This strength class focuses on slowing down with a mix of weighted and bodyweight movements.
SCULPT (30 MIN): This low-impact class is great for all levels of fitness. Using a mix of bodyweight, barre moves, resistance bands and other modalities, we will challenge our muscular endurance, build strength, flexibility and improve balance. Leave feeling stronger, more toned and ready to take on the day!
SETS & REPS (30 MIN): This full-body workout uses reps of weighted movements to build strength with bursts of cardio for conditioning in between sets.
SPIN EXPRESS (30 MIN): 30 minutes is all it takes! Ramp up your energy and leave feeling great with this quick spin session!
STATIONS (30 MIN): A fast-moving full-body class that involves rotating stations of strength and cardio moves.
STRENGTH (30 MIN): Focus on building strength and muscle mass using bodyweight and weighted movements.
STRETCH (45 MIN): Mix of mobility exercises, active undulating stretches, and static stretches to improve flexibility, hydration, and range of motion. Moderate tempo and chill, relaxing vibe. Perfect way to start your week!
TABATA (30 MIN): This full-body, Tabata-style class uses 20-second bursts of movement to create a fast-paced, effective workout.
YOGA (45 MIN): Flow class where both new and experienced yoga enthusiasts are welcome. If the thought of yoga has seemed intimidating in the past, this is the class for you. Come learn some of the most common poses found in a typical practice.
YOGA RESTORE (60 MIN): Encouraging physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, you'll leave this yoga class feeling rejuvenated. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
ZUMBA (60 MIN): You'll love burning calories with Latin-inspired dance moves. Great for all levels of fitness.
