CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARE HIIT (30 MIN):

This circuit style workout targets all of the major muscle groups with a combination of strength and cardio moves. As with any class, all moves can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.

BARE TABATA (30 MIN):

This full body, Tabata-style class uses :20 bursts of movement to create a fast-paced, effective work out.

BARE TABATA CIRCUIT (30 MIN):

This full body circuit style class uses :20 bursts of movement to create a fast-paced, effective work out.

BARE SPIN (45 MIN): 

Combines cardio and endurance in a fun, fast-paced, calorie-crunching workout. This indoor cycling class will get you sweating as you spin to the beat both in and out of the saddle. 

BARE SPIN EXPRESS (30 MIN): 

30 minutes is all it takes! Ramp up your energy and leave feeling great with this quick spin session!

BARE BARRE (45 MIN):

Inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, this class uses small targeted movements, high numbers of repetitions to fatigue muscles. A low-impact workout, barre is great for developing agility and flexibility.

BARE FLEX (45 MIN):

We give you a menu of exercises broken down into cardio and strength categories. You choose what to do. Bounce between upper body, cardio, lower body and core or whatever you're needing for the day. Worked the shoulders hard yesterday? Skip them altogether and go heavy on the lower body. This workout is at your own pace, offers flexibility to focus on exactly what you need that day and winds down with a relaxing stretch. 

BEGINNER YOGA (60 MIN):

Beginner flow class where both new and experienced yoga enthusiasts are welcome. If the thought 
of yoga has seemed intimidating in the past, this is the class for you. Come learn some of the most common poses 
found in a typical practice. Class will be physically challenging with a slower pace targeting the beginner yogi.  

YOGA RESTORE (60 MIN):

Encouraging physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, you'll leave this yoga class feeling rejuvenated. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

YOGA SCULPT (60 MIN):

An all-level yoga class that will use props (ankle weights, barre weights, blocks, straps and other gym props) and strength exercises incorportated in the yoga flow to get heart rates up, build strength, and encourage balance and flexibility during the stretch portion. Set at a steady pace with great music. Beginners to yoga welcome! 

BARRE YOGA FUSION (45 MIN):

Incorporates low impact barre moves with common yoga poses for a full body workout.

BARE CORE (30 MIN):

This 30-minute workout is focused on building a strong core – the sole powerhouse for all other muscle groups on the body. Join in for this fun, yet challenging, class and work on building a strong foundation.

TRX BLAST (45 MIN):

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

TRX COMBO (45 MIN):

This class uses TRX suspension in combination with other strength building exercises. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. 

BUILD - UPPER BODY (30 MIN):

Trim, tone and strengthen your entire upper body as you use free weights, resistance bands, body weight or more. 

BUILD - LOWER BODY (30 MIN): 

Trim, tone and strengthen your entire lower body as you use free weights, resistance bands, body weight or more. 

BARE BEATS (45 MIN): 

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. This exhilarating full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, this workout transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, it's the perfect atmosphere for toning up, getting energized and letting loose! 

BARE BOOTCAMP (30 MIN):

An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.

BARE CHALLENGE (30 MIN):

Jump out of your comfort zone in this Boot Camp style work out. This encouraging, group environment will give you the extra push you need to challenge yourself.

FIT & FLEX (45 MIN):

Slow things down in this low impact class, great for beginning to advanced levels. You’ll focus on proper form and alignment with controlled body weight and weighted movements, followed by a relaxing stretch session. This 45 minute class will improve overall strength, balance and flexibility.

BARE COMPLETE (30 MIN):

This circuit style workout targets all of the major muscle groups with a combination of strength and cardio moves. As with any class, all moves can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.

BARE STRENGTH (30 MIN):

Focus on building strength and muscle mass using bodyweight and weighted movements.

STATIONS (30 MIN):

A fast moving full body class that involves rotating stations of strength and cardio moves. 

SUMMER STRENGTH (30 MIN):

A one hour combination of all types of strength, trx and cardio. May be held indoors, outdoors or a combination of both (weather permitting). Step it up this Summer with this fun, challenging full body class!

PILATES BARRE (45 MIN):

Barre Pilates takes the basic foundations of Pilates and combines them with the ballet-inpspired moves , like plies and attitudes, as well as incorporating elements of dance, yoga and strength training. This class helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture.

PILATES FUSION (45 MIN):

This pilates style workout incorporates traditional pilates, as well as other strength training and cardio exercises. Come work your core in this fun, unique class!
