Meet Tammie!

When I discovered group fitness, shortly after having baby number two, it was a complete game changer. Taking that time for my health made me be a better wife, a better mom and just a better human overall. I had never worked out consistently in my life until that point.

I was 40.
It's never too late to start working on your health!

My heart for encouraging women and a love for what strength training can do has led me to where I am today. We all want to feel better, regardless of age. Taking the steps to make it happen is a lot more fun when you do it with others. Currently, I'm working on a nutrition certification and I have a whole list of things I hope to work on in the future! 

It’s such a privilege to help build strength, encouragement and community in Maumelle.

Meet Kalli!

I have always been a gym go-er, worker-outer & marathon runner, but after having my second baby in 2020 I came to Tonya to get back in shape. I signed up for her New Year Challenge in January 2021 and haven't left since! I got my ACE Group Fitness Certification, am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & love teaching HIIT, STRENGTH, TRX & BOOTCAMP group classes. I love all things fitness & love learning something new at this gym everyday.

Outside of here I have been a Registered Nurse for 10 years, I am married & have two beautiful girls. I absolutely love this gym & coming here was the best decision I ever made!

Meet Kerri!

I have always been into healthy living and love all things outdoors. I had not been to a gym in many years when I found Bare Fit. I knew it was time for me to jump further into the fitness world, so I got my ACE Group Fitness Certification and my American Barre Certification in 2021 and now am a Certified Yoga Instructor through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center. I only wish I would've done it sooner!

Meet Terri!

When the gym where I previously worked and worked out closed, I was looking for a new home. After a couple of false starts, I found Bare Fit and began taking classes, then moved to personal training with Tammie. A trainer position opened at the gym, and I started teaching fitness classes again.

Meet Kristen!

I am a NASM certified spin instructor, and I like to have FUN! New playlist every class and every time our focus is a little different, no time to get bored! My #1 goal is to make sure my students feel confident and that the challenges of class are obtainable. We take the time to break it down, because good form is everything. My classes start with a mindset: what motivates you to start will be your discipline to push yourself to the end.

You can do hard things, and showing up is the first step!

Meet Rachel!

Unlike many fitness trainers, exercise has not always been a priority, much less a passion for me! 

However, like so many other women, I began to see time taking a toll on my body as I reached my late 30’s. Around the same time, my oldest daughter, who has Angelman Syndrome, began to eclipse me in both size and strength. It was then that I realized if I wanted to continue to care for my child in the way she needed, I would need to refocus on my health and fitness. I was an “off and on” exerciser throughout my adult life, but it wasn’t until I found the right motivation, in the form of my daughter, that health & fitness became a lifestyle for me. I saw a quote that hit home about that time… “You may be willing to die for your family, but are you willing to be healthy for them?” GUT PUNCH! It was then that I diligently started working out again, and thanks to the group fitness experience at Bare Fit, I fell in love with exercise. So much so that I decided to help others find their “why” and learn to make exercise and healthy living a way of life! 

As a trainer, I am able to combine my love of working with people and my passion for healthy living. I love helping clients find their motivation and work towards their fitness goals. My aim is to help clients create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle change. My focus is on functional fitness, strength, and stability. And my motto is ALWAYS strong > skinny!
